Kim Simpson joined the firm in 1992. She has handled a wide range of litigation including products liability, commercial, and insurance defense.

She is admitted in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Rhode Island, Massachusetts and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the American Federal and Rhode Island Bar Associations, the National Association of Women Lawyers, and the Rhode Island Association of Defense Trial Counsel.
