Tim Bliss handles all types of civil litigation and employment litigation. Tim represents both corporations and individuals in disputes before state and federal courts, administrative agencies and at arbitration hearings. He regularly counsels employers regarding compliance with numerous federal and state labor and employment laws. He is admitted in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island and is the Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Committee of the Rhode Island Bar Association.
